Magnetic Field Meter turns your smartphone into a professional EMF detector, metal detector, RF signal analyzer, stud finder, ghost hunter, and digital compass — all in one app. It uses your device's built-in magnetometer to deliver accurate, real-time measurements with no extra hardware.

■ How Does It Detect Metal?
Your phone's magnetometer measures the surrounding magnetic field in microtesla (μT). Ferrous metals — iron, steel, nickel, cobalt — distort the Earth's natural field (25–65 μT), and this app detects those distortions with vibration, sound, and color-coded visual feedback.

Note: Non-ferrous metals (gold, silver, copper, aluminum) do not affect magnetic fields and require professional electromagnetic induction equipment to detect.

Most EMF apps use a fixed threshold that causes false alarms.
